Short-form video for food, beverage, and consumer brands

At Third Ear Agency and Chive Media Group I produced short-form social content for some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. My role varied by project - from full creative concepting to on-set direction to editorial work on influencer footage. The through-line was always the same: make it feel like it belongs in a feed.

Agency production across four creative modes

Working across multiple clients and two agencies built a specific skill set - the ability to shift quickly between brand voices, production formats, and creative constraints without losing quality. My involvement ranged from concept to camera to editing suite depending on the brief. The four pieces below represent four different ways I worked: full concept ownership, on-set direction and styling, influencer footage editorial, and motion graphics concepting.

Full creative concept from raw footage

Received 4K footage of a burger rotation with no brief beyond the client and format. The concept, pacing, color grade, music, and edit were entirely mine. The creative direction was to make the product feel craveable rather than promotional - texture and motion over messaging.

On-set direction & styling

Directed the shoot and handled all food and prop styling. The visual brief was warmth and simplicity - natural surfaces, honest light, real ingredients. Decisions about shot composition, product presentation, and the overall visual feel were mine to make on set.

Creative editorial direction on influencer footage

Worked with an influencer's self-shot footage and shaped it into a piece that felt intentional rather than incidental. The creative work was in the edit - selecting the right moments, building a rhythm, and making UGC feel like a considered brand asset without losing the authenticity that makes it work.

Motion graphics concept

Concepted and produced a motion graphics piece built around a single creative idea: simple, fresh ingredients as the whole story. No lifestyle footage, no talent - just clean motion design that let the product speak. The concept was that the ingredients themselves were interesting enough if you gave them the right frame.
