Most creative managers are great at making things look good. I am equally focused on making things work - understanding what a piece of content needs to do, building the visual language that makes it do it, and ensuring it holds together whether it is a 30-second social cut or a stadium screen in Sydney.
I have worked across B2B SaaS, consumer brands, food and beverage, insurance, and tourism. The through-line is the same everywhere: figure out what the audience needs to feel, then build the creative that gets them there.
I have spent 10 years in roles where the brief was never just "make a video." It was "fix the brand." "Make the product make sense." "Get people to actually watch this." That problem-first instinct is what I bring to every project.
